Candace Apperwhite is the Owner of "TheReneeEffect" which provides you with your own custom nail sets for an affordable price in a home-based environment. Candace has been practicing nails since 2015. She went on to I.T.S Academy of Beauty in 2017 where she graduated as a Nail Technician. Nails has always been her passion and will continue to inspire through her creative sets as she grows in the beauty industry.
